The new universal washing machine cleans dishes, transport baskets, GN kitchen containers, pots, cutlery, trays, and even glasses. Thanks to its large usable space – passage height 555 mm – items up to 650 x 530 mm (2/1 gastronorm) can be hygienically washed. This makes it the ideal dishwashing partner for butcher shops and bakeries, as well as for universal use in communal catering and as a commercial dishwasher in gastronomy.
