The NESS installation is an advanced smokehouse system enabling a complete process: smoking, cooking, cooling, and drying. The chambers are equipped with independent control cabinets featuring the Digitronic RF3 D-N system, which provides precise process parameter management. The Duschmatic cooling shower allows for rapid and uniform cooling of products after smoking. The wood chip smoke generator and the condensate system with Grundfos pumps ensure reliable and hygienic operation of the entire setup.
