The planetary belt system of the ML75 features a compact design, enabling reworking of bent tubes. The machine can also be equipped with an automatic feed system for straight tubes.

This new grinding machine is the solution for processing bent tubes with radii that are too small for the ML100, and with diameters that are too large for the ML50.

Polishing bent tubes with small radii:

The ML75’s planetary belt system offers a compact design for maximum flexibility when reworking tubes with tight radii.

Unlike conventional systems, the planetary belt system reduces frictional heat on the tube surface.

Straight tubes:

The ML75 was designed specifically for processing bent tubes. However, with a feed system, the ML75 can be quickly adapted for polishing straight tubes.
