Our skyLaser Mark nameplate laser systems are used precisely where conventional CO2 laser technology reaches its limits. Using a fiber laser with a wavelength of 1064nm, even the most intricate structures can be produced on almost any material. Advantages for your application include geometric flexibility and high processing accuracy. Regardless of the hardness of the workpiece, this type of processing can be applied. With a mobile and customizable work table to suit your needs, system flexibility is further increased. The system can be easily integrated into your production line or operated as a stand-alone solution. Our skyLaser Mark delivers highly precise and permanent markings (laser engravings) and is specifically suitable for the nameplate laser machine’s areas of application in metal and selected organic materials.

A wide variety of fonts, barcodes, serial numbers, logos, and images can be applied effortlessly. Thanks to the excellent resolution, virtually all marking requirements can be fulfilled, including manufacture of embossing stamps, engravings, inscriptions, and complex, fine structures. The software is extremely user-friendly. Even very complex and demanding marking tasks can be easily created on the included industrial PC. Accurate positioning is a breeze, thanks to the optional observation camera for process monitoring and software-assisted workpiece alignment.
Because the system has hardly any wear parts and is almost maintenance-free thanks to the IPG laser technology, it is particularly suitable for industrial applications and continuous operation.
