The diesel pasteurization system features a built-in boiler. Inside the burner is a tubular heating coil made of stainless steel. The liquid flows through the tubular coil, which is surrounded by hot water. The heat from the water immediately heats the liquid, eliminating bacteria.

Capacity: 350–500 l/h.

Maximum pasteurization temperature of 90°C.
- The juice is pumped through the inner tube of the spiral constructed in a tube-in-tube principle, with hot water flowing through the outer tube.
- The coil is made of stainless steel.
- The heating coil is integrated into the boiler, saving space and preventing heat loss associated with an external heat exchanger. This saves 15–20% of the energy input required for heating.
- Easy water temperature control via digital thermostat.
- Simple regulation of the juice (filling) temperature via digital thermostat.
- The diesel pasteurization system is equipped with swivel casters.
- Fast and easy cleaning.
- Suitable for viscous foodstuffs and practically maintenance-free, since there are no seals.
- Can be heated with diesel or natural gas.
