To achieve this, we use precise and efficient motion technology:
Linear ball bearing guides for length adjustment, spring-loaded tilting units for convenient and safe angle adjustment between 45° and 90°. Both length and angle adjustment on this double-head mitre saw are performed manually. Increased operating comfort and performance can be achieved with the aid of a digital length display.

Digital length display:

- Piece counter: if the length display changes by more than 0.1 mm, the piece count resets to "0"
- Short part stop: recalculates length and profile height according to the angle position

With 420 mm saw blades, a wide range of aluminium or PVC profile systems can be processed. Simple operation, maximum precision and reliability make the DGS200 particularly attractive for small batch fly screen manufacturing. The DGS200 double mitre saw is also popular as an entry-level model for window construction. In the wood sector, the saw is used in furniture making and interior fittings for cutting various mouldings to size.
