This is the latest generation of VarioCooking Center, the iVario Pro XL 150 liters from the premium manufacturer Rational (successor of the VCC 311). This multifunctional tilting skillet is equipped with the Balanced Power 34 kW option instead of 41 kW (reduced connected load). The unit has been inspected and serviced in our in-house specialist workshop, is fully operational, and the lid has a minor dent on the left exterior, which is only a small cosmetic defect and in no way affects its functionality.
