Rational iVario Pro XL 150 Liter

This is the latest generation of the VarioCooking Center, the iVario Pro XL 150 Liter from the premium manufacturer Rational (successor of the VCC 311). This multifunctional tilting bratt pan is equipped with the Balanced Power 34 kW option instead of 41 kW (reduced connected load). The unit has been inspected in our in-house technical workshop, received a fresh inspection, and is fully functional. The lid has a slight dent on the outside left; however, this is only a minor visual flaw and does not affect functionality in any way.
