Rational iVario Pro XL

This is the latest generation of VarioCooking Center, the iVario Pro XL 150-litre model from premium manufacturer Rational (successor to the VCC 311). This multifunctional tilting skillet comes with the optional pressure cooking and Balanced Power at 34 kW instead of 41 kW (reduced connected load). The unit has been inspected in our in-house specialist workshop, freshly serviced, and is fully operational.

Accessories for the iVario XL are available at additional cost upon request.
