This is a condensation breaker from the manufacturer Rational. The condensation breaker is suitable for Rational combi steamers SCC/WE 201, 202.

The condensation breaker generates an accelerated upward flow of steam and other vapors from the vent pipe. As a result, steam and vapors can be specifically directed via piping into an extraction system.
