This is a condensation breaker manufactured by Rational. The condensation breaker is compatible with the Rational combi-steamer series SCC/WE 61/62/101 as well as CM/P 61/62/102.

The condensation breaker accelerates the upward movement of steam and other vapors through the vent pipe. This allows steam and vapors to be specifically directed via pipelines into an extractor system.
