This is a Rational SCC 101 WE combination steamer, electric version (left-hand hinged door), from the premium manufacturer Rational. The unit is from the SCC series with triple glazing and LED lighting. The combination steamer has been inspected in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.

The pictured base stand is not included in the offer but can be purchased optionally.

In automatic mode, the unit independently detects the ideal cooking path for 7 applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods, and finishing), the size of the cooking item, the loading quantity, and the product-specific requirements.
