Rational ULTRAVENT PLUS HAUBE

This is an Ultravent Plus hood from the manufacturer Rational, model UV PLUS 61/101/E, year of manufacture 2022. It is compatible with the following index series: Index H and I, and can be used with both DUO units or as a standalone device. This hood not only captures escaping steam but also eliminates odors and smoke. There is no need for a duct to the outside. A built-in LED light automatically indicates when the filter needs to be replaced. This version is equipped with stainless steel baffle filters and a pre-filter mat positioned behind them. This ensures that the activated carbon filter, which is the core component of the hood, is protected from premature contamination and ensures optimal functionality. The Plus condensation hood is ideally suited for use in front-of-house areas, enclosed spaces, or for show cooking. Retrofitting and installation on Rational SCC 61/101 WE units can be carried out quickly and easily. The hood has been tested in our in-house workshop and is fully functional with a 6-month warranty.
