Rational UVP 6-1/1 & 10-1/1

This is an UltraVent Plus hood from the premium manufacturer Rational, type UVP 61/101E. This hood is suitable for iCombi units in sizes 6-1/1 and 10-1/1, electric version. Thanks to condensation technology, the UltraVent binds escaping steam. An external connection or expansion of an existing exhaust system is not required for this recirculating air hood. In addition to the condensation technology of the UltraVent, the UltraVent Plus is equipped with a special activated charcoal filter system. As a result, both steam is condensed and bothersome smoke, such as that created during grilling and frying, is significantly reduced. This allows RATIONAL cooking systems to be installed in sensitive areas, for example, front-of-house locations.

The hood has been inspected in our in-house specialist workshop and is fully functional. New activated charcoal filters were installed during maintenance.

The price stated is net, plus 19% VAT.

The RRP for this hood is €6,921 net.
