This protects the built-in activated carbon filter (installed new) from rapid contamination, ensuring optimal functionality. The Plus condensation hood is ideal for use in front-of-house areas, enclosed spaces, or live cooking stations. Retrofitting and installation for Rational SCC WE 61/101 models can be carried out with minimal effort.
