Overview This vacuum evaporator was manufactured in 2018 by Italian producer REDA. The machine is designed for the gentle concentration of must, juices, and other liquid products at low temperatures in order to preserve both the aroma and product quality. The system is in nearly-new condition and is offered for sale as it was intended for a project that was not realized. It features an automated, CIP-ready (clean-in-place) design.
