A complete Respecta epoxy resin dosing and casting system is available. 1) Big bag station for supplying fillers, max. grain size: 0.7 mm, max. bulk density: 0.5 g/cm³. 2) Two IBC connections for liquid components A and B with diaphragm pumps. 3) Two buffer tanks for A and B, capacity: approx. 230 l, with level sensors and automatic IBC refilling. 4) Volumetric dosing to mixing screw, equipped with flowmeter and pressure monitoring. 5) Degassing unit. 6) Continuous epoxy resin inline heater with process monitoring for resin and hardener temperatures, viscosity range: approx. 350–450 mPas, max. epoxy resin temperature: 20°C. 7) Semi-automatic flushing and cleaning unit for the casting unit, capacity: approx. 50 l. Central system control: Siemens Simatic S7, additional controls: control cabinets/frequency converters/industrial PC, total system casting output: approx. 30 l/min. The system allows mechanical preparation for retrofitting up to three additional filler dosing systems. It is recommended to replace pipelines and diaphragm pumps before commissioning. Documentation available. On-site inspection possible.
