The semi-automatic capping machine RLC1 is suitable for sealing glass bottles with 26 or 29 mm crown caps.
The closing unit can be used with crown caps of 26 or 29 mm diameter.
If both diameters are required, an additional closing unit will be supplied.
The crown cap closing head is made of hardened steel and is wear-resistant even over time.
The guide rail positions the crown caps correctly. The specific shape of the rail is custom-built for stainless steel 304 crown caps. It holds a small number of caps, which can be manually inserted.
The closing unit retrieves crown caps from the rail and places them into the capping cone.

In compliance with EU regulations, the capping process starts by simultaneously pressing two buttons.
After positioning the bottle in the holder, the capping process begins; the closing unit descends onto the bottle and seals the crown cap, then automatically returns to its initial position.
