Glazing Bead Saw on Sliding Work Table

Designed for pairwise cutting of glazing beads on a sliding work table.

The RU-GL glazing bead saw is mounted on a sliding work table with scanning and clamping device suitable for two glazing beads. Cutting length: min. 230 mm, max. 2380 mm. Left saw is fixed, right saw is mounted manually movable on carriage. Pneumatic clamping from above and from the side, two-hand safety operation. Saw motors: 0.37 kW, voltage 400V. Sliding work table with felt pad, length with side tray: 3300 mm, width: 1400 mm, working height: 800 - 1000 mm. Pneumatically lowerable counter bearings for positioning sash frames.

Item 1.6: Operating time switch for independent dust extraction. Adjustable from 5 sec. to 3 hrs. For every sawing operation, the set extraction time runs automatically. If sawing is done again within the extraction time, the time resets.
