Designed for paired cutting of glazing beads

The RU-GLS-ED45° double glazing bead saw is manually adjustable to size. The machine is designed for paired cutting of glazing beads at a 45° cutting angle and features one fixed and one movable saw unit. The manual length adjustment is equipped with an electronic digital display. Cutting lengths from 150 mm to 2650 mm can be processed. During the cutting process, the glazing beads are clamped pneumatically from above and from the front to prevent tipping. Operation is via a safety two-handed control. Saw blade diameter: 250 mm, length: 3700 mm, width: 700 mm, voltage: 400 V.

To determine the exact quantity needed, we require profile drawings of the glazing beads to be used before order confirmation.
