Description:

Robust frame welded construction made from thick-walled
special hollow sections. Sliding carriages and pressure beams
with 50 mm hole grid.

Left-side continuous abutment for pressing large widths,
lower abutment in 2 levels.

Vertical pressing cylinders on special pressure beams
with single-handed quick adjustment and weight compensation,
height-adjustable in 50 mm hole grid. Long sliding carriages ensure
sustained absorption of high pressing forces.

Fast, smooth width adjustment via ball-bearing
carriage with central locking. Fixing in 50 mm hole grid.

Upper horizontal pressing cylinder continuously height-adjustable
and equipped with weight compensation.

Lower horizontal pressing cylinder with centering bores for the
two abutment levels, without weight compensation.

Abutment and pressure plate depth: 100 mm
Pressure plate and support width: 130 mm

Machine is electro-hydraulically controlled, with 2 vertical pressing cylinders
diameter = 60 mm, stroke 120 mm, double-acting, with weight compensation
and single-handed quick adjustment; 2 horizontal pressing cylinders:
diameter = 40 mm, stroke 120 mm, double-acting, with weight compensation;
2 manual control valves, pressure gauge, 1 pressure control valve adjustable
from 20 to 130 bar (equivalent to 550 to 3500 kg vertical pressing force).
Equipped with 3 kW three-phase motor for 400 Volt, 50 Hz
operating voltage.

Completely wired with electrical connection.

Paint finish: RAL 7035 light grey with RAL 7016 anthracite grey.
