SoloBaker BAEM-2

BAEM-2 is a co-extruder with filling (featuring 2 hoppers – an optional third hopper can be installed for dual-color fillings) and is a multifunctional system for the industrial production of products such as dumplings, varenyky, cookies, filled biscuits, meatballs, meat sticks, burgers, and confectionery (candies, cakes, strudels, pralines, and more).

Producing a wide variety of round or elongated products—with or without filling—is possible. Weight, dough-to-filling ratio, and product size are continuously adjustable.
Machine output: up to 80 pcs/min (4,800 pcs/h).
Dough and filling containers: 20 liters each.
