Universal automatic knife cutting machine with rotary table for slicing all types of cakes and pastries. Its robust construction, precise drive system, automatic cleaning, blade heating, and adjustable cutting head speed offer virtually unlimited options for adapting the device to your chosen product. Combined with its competitive price and compact dimensions, the cutting machine represents an excellent and economical solution for both small and large confectionery operations.
Dimensions: 130 x 110 x H 148 cm. Power consumption: 1.2 kW. Voltage: Single-phase 230V 50Hz with voltage stabilizer. Required air supply: 0.6-0.8 MPa, air flow: 200-300 l/min (depending on cutting speed).

Vertical automatic cake and pastry cutter (cutting machine) with rotary table for fast slicing of all types of cakes and pastries into square and triangular pieces without compromising their attractive appearance and structure.
Using a PLC, the touchscreen allows for easy adjustment of the cut part’s parameters, while the built-in microprocessor enables storage of up to 20 cutting programs. The machine’s casing is made from stainless steel. The integrated 9-liter air tank is positioned at the front of the machine. The dual-blade knives are made of food-grade stainless steel and feature a precise drive system. An automatic blade cleaning and heating system, along with adjustable cutting speed, allow the machine to cut various cakes and pastries up to an effective height of 80 mm.
