IWR2000
Washing system with hammer mill for fruit and vegetables. The unit is manufactured entirely from stainless steel and features a sorting grate, washing tank, and conveyor belt. The produce is dropped into the water and, after a pre-wash, is transported further by the conveyor where it is thoroughly cleaned with fresh water. The cleaned fruit is then conveyed into the mill, where you can select the desired sieve to achieve the preferred mash consistency.

The destoning and pulping unit is suitable for processing fruit and vegetables. It features interchangeable sieves and an adjustable rotary rotor, designed to pulp or destone stone fruit, pome fruit, as well as a variety of other fruits and berries. The fruit flesh and pits are discharged separately. Sieves can be quickly and easily exchanged. Supplied with one sieve; additional sieves are available as options.
