Wachtel Columbus C516 / 96 VA1, deck oven, year of manufacture 03-2021, equipped with a Weishaupt gas burner, 5 decks, 120 x 160 cm (double width), including 1 pull-out deck, and matching proofing chamber (approx. 5.5 kW) with stainless steel proofing trolley and 8 peel boards included. The oven can be removed from the building in one piece through an opening at the rear, which is how it was installed from the factory in 2021. Features digital computer control, '2-circuit' system—meaning the top two decks and the lower three decks can be operated at different temperatures. The 'energy unit' with burner and steam system is integrated beneath the decks.

On site, there is also a 'Wachtel Compact Stir' rack oven, approx. 10 years old, which can also be removed in one piece through the same opening once the deck oven is out. Please inquire if interested.
