Gluelam Star Press VS-3000-12

The Gluelam Star Press is designed for edge and thickness lamination, where the glue joints are air-dried. The machine has a compact footprint and can be modularly expanded based on the dimensions of the workpieces and the required production capacity. It is operator- and maintenance-friendly. The glued timber is inserted into the clamping units, which are arranged per section on the endless chain, and can be quickly and easily adjusted to suit the varying dimensions of the workpieces.
The Gluelam Star Press is suitable for material thicknesses from 25 to 90 mm. For thinner or thicker materials, additional pressing elements (15–25 mm) must be used. The clamping units can be tightened either manually, with a manually operated hydraulic motor, or with an automatic hydraulic motor.
