Application Area:
As testing volumes increase, so does the need for a higher degree of automation (compared to the Cflow). The Mflow is a modularly expandable device that allows you to determine both the melt mass-flow rate (MFR) and melt volume-flow rate (MVR). In its basic version, the Mflow melt flow tester is designed for MFR testing in accordance with Method A and can be upgraded for MVR testing according to Method B. Testing according to the following standards is possible:
• Methods A and B according to ISO 1133
• Methods A, B, and C according to ASTM D 1238
• ASTM D 3364
• JIS K 7210
Optionally, you can equip the Mflow with features such as pneumatic weight lifting with or without cleaning function, or automatic weight stacking.
The Mflow can be operated either as a stand-alone unit via a modern touch display or controlled with ZwickRoell’s testing software on a PC.
