AMTEC VFFS-SYS LP 50-L ECO

Complete dosing and packaging system for liquids, including tank, pump, and outfeed conveyor belt. Suitable for both viscous and non-viscous liquids such as creams, toothpaste, body lotion, shampoo, mayonnaise, ketchup, honey, jam, edible oil, vinegar, juice, milk, etc. The vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) packaging machine is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen control panel, available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, registration mark sensor, quick-change forming unit, pneumatic sealing unit, servomotor for film transport, dual transport possible, air separation/extraction device (removes air from the bag before sealing—no vacuum is generated), support device for heavy finished bags, Euro slot punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit may be subject to surcharge).

Specifications of the tank and pump: Tank capacity approx. 50 L (customization possible); height: approx. 70 mm; pump available in various models, e.g.: 10–150 ml, 150–500 ml, 500 ml–1 L, 1 L–2 L, 2 L–5 L, etc. The pumping system will be adapted to customer products based on sample provision. Specifications as well as the product feed may vary accordingly (surcharge possible). The outfeed conveyor features a stainless steel frame.

- Specifications: Conveyor speed: 30 m/min; 220 V, 0.55 kW; dimensions L x W x H: approx. 1850 x 550 x 1230 mm; weight: 80 kg. Overall system dimensions: approx. L1080 x W3640 x H1720 mm, depending on final configuration. The system must generally be adapted to customer-/product-specific requirements, and the stated specifications of modules and machines may therefore vary.

Key components: SIEMENS color touchscreen display, SIEMENS PLC controller, SIEMENS servomotor, AIRTAC cylinder, AIRTAC solenoid valve, OMRON relays, SIEMENS film transport servomotor.
