Complete version of the vertical packaging system with volumetric dosing unit, 1 hopper, single-vessel conveyor, and discharge conveyor belt. Suitable for packaging granular products such as sugar, rice, nuts, etc. The vertical form fill seal (VFFS) packaging machine is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen control panel, available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, registration mark sensor, quick-change forming set, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport, double transport option, air extraction device (removes air from the bag before sealing – no vacuum is created), support device for heavy finished bags, Euro hole punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit may require additional charge).

– Specifications of the VFFS packaging machine: Filling range: 150–1200ml; Film width: max. 420mm; Bag size min-max: L(60–300)xW(60–200)mm; max. idle machine cycles: 50 cycles/minute; stainless steel 30; 220V, 2.2kW; 6 bar, 0.3m³/min; machine dimensions: LxWxH: approx. 1080x1300x1400mm; weight: 500kg. The hopper of the dosing unit has a capacity of up to 50l. The single-vessel conveyor also has a capacity of up to 50l. The container is filled manually in the lower position. In the upper position, it empties automatically (complete cycle: 1 minute).
