The operation of the silo system is based on negative pressure and works without any issues (no transport augers).
Currently, flour is conveyed over a length of 30 meters and through 2 bends (90 degrees).
The filling quantity is regulated by the actual weight in the weighing hopper.

The flour silo consists mainly of the following components:

+ Control unit (Siemens/Daxner)
- with five-component weighing system
- recipe storage
+ Water supply with temperature control

+ 3 aluminium silos (ATS)
- each with a capacity of approx. 5 tons
- modular design for adaptation to room height
- with aluminium legs
- automatic loosening system
The silo tanks are easy to clean (no corners)

The tanks can be dismantled into individual parts, making removal completely trouble-free.

+ Weighing/feeding hopper (discharge)
+ Flour sifting system integrated at the weighing hopper
+ Water tank is located on the weighing hopper

The silo can be dismantled from calendar week 11
The silo is fully operational and can be inspected while in operation.
