This is a cooking kettle from the premium manufacturer Elro, model DBGN22-EDG-90-T, built in 2014. This pressure braising pan is suitable for both cooking and roasting. The usable capacity is 90 liters. The cooking appliance is mounted on castors for mobility and equipped with steering handles. The purchase of this unit includes an Elro connection bar for wall mounting, approx. 1300 mm in length, allowing the supply lines to be easily decoupled and moved. This is an absolute premium product in large-scale kitchen technology. The lid cooling system is defective; the solenoid valve does not open (see note on the inspection report in the photo overview). A demonstration of the device is possible on our premises, as the device is sold without any warranty claims.
