Franz Haas Wafer Stick Baking Oven Model EWB 1/1 after complete overhaul.
The machine is made from ASIS 304 stainless steel (main frame is carbon steel).
The oven is equipped with a rotary ring whose speed can be adjusted to achieve the desired type of wafer bake.
The ring has been cleaned and checked (centered), and the supports/bearings are new.
Fans have been replaced with new units.
New chimney outlet with flange – quick assembly.
The machine is equipped with two extruders with sleeves for forming wafer bands and tube diameters.
Fitted with a pneumatic cylinder-driven knife and photocell for precise cutting (tube length adjustment possible).
The oven features a dough tank made from stainless steel on a trolley-mounted frame.
The oven is equipped with pumps for transferring dough from the tank to the ring surface.

Equipped with a new control panel and new gas pressure regulator. The ring and pump speeds are regulated by frequency inverters.

Dimensions: length 3200 mm, width 1400 mm, height 1700 mm.
The machine is powered by natural gas, high methane content, symbol E (formerly GZ 50).
Power supply: 3x400V / 16A.
Approximate consumption: 2.5/3 kWh.

The machine has undergone a complete refurbishment.
All thermal components have been replaced with new, eco-friendly versions – reduced gas consumption and improved efficiency.

Output: approx. 120-150 kg / 8h.
