Overview
The brewhouse was manufactured in 2017 by the Czech company HANSTEEL s.r.o. It has a production capacity of 5 hl.

Technical Details
- Two-vessel brewhouse with electric heating
- Nominal volume: 500 l
- Total volume: 550 l
- The brewhouse is mounted on a separate stainless steel frame with stairs and platform
- Includes Alfa-Laval cooler: chills 500 l from 99°C to 12°C within 1 hour
- Shut-off valves on the chimneys
- Agitators in both vessels with frequency inverter for adjustable speed

- Lauter tun with fill-level sensor for automatic water refill
- The brewhouse is operated via a touchscreen display accessible from the work platform
- The control app required for the brewhouse can be installed on a portable device (e.g., tablet) allowing remote operation

Additionally, there is an option to offer open fermentation vats for sale, with a nominal volume of 1,000 l (total volume 1,200 l).
