MDK 3000 Brush Washing Machine with Musher

The unwashed fruit is fed in at the intake; following pre-washing, it is then further cleaned by another fresh water spray on the conveyor belt. Easy to clean, equipped with rugged, food-grade polypropylene/acetal modular belts with infinitely variable belt speed in both directions. Features two steerable castors and two fixed castors, or anti-vibration feet as an option. Requires minimal maintenance.

- Air injection – with nozzles and a fan at the bottom of the tank for intensive washing
- Air knife – removes water from the fruit surface, minimizing water carryover into the final product
- Circulation pump with filter – ensures optimal flow in the wash tank
