BROWARY & DESTYLARNIE Sp. z o.o. has been specializing for many years in professional consulting, design, and implementation of beer and distillate production lines. We produce private label brands for our clients as well as automated drink vending systems.

Our company's advantage is a highly qualified and experienced team of engineers, allowing us to carry out comprehensive turnkey investments. To date in Poland, we have designed and commissioned 28 craft breweries, 3 craft distilleries, produced over 200 private label craft alcoholic beverages for our customers, and installed 30 DRINK WALL automated drink vending systems in hotels and restaurants.

We would like to offer you a used SALM brewpub brewery. The SALM company, which has been continuously manufacturing complete brewing installations since 1924, built this brewery in 2023 for a client in Bucharest. It has only brewed 5 batches so far, so the offered installation is practically brand new! The brewery is in perfect technical and visual condition. Below you will find the full technical specification of the offered brewery:

Annual production capacity: 1,100 hl/beer
1. Two-vessel brewhouse, 5.5 hl, stainless steel, A-frame design with Salm Brewmatic 02 computer control – 1 pc.
2. Copper cladding on the mash tun and lauter tun, cylindrical section.
3. Stainless steel brewhouse platforms – 2 pcs.
4. External wort heating kettle with atmospheric gas burner, powered by natural gas or propane – 1 pc.
5. Stainless steel steam condenser for brewhouse, mash tun, and lauter tun, with built-in injection condenser and fan for odorless operation and DMS removal – 1 pc.
6. Two-roller malt mill – 1 pc.
7. Wort cooler – 1 pc.
8. Tap water cooler for temperatures above 10°C – 1 pc.

The brewery has type approval from the Central Office of Measures in Warsaw.
