BROWARY & DESTYLARNIE Sp. z o.o. has been specializing for many years in professional consulting, design, and implementation of beer and distillate production lines. We manufacture private label products for our clients and install automated drink dispensing systems.

Our main asset is a highly qualified and experienced team of engineers, which enables us to provide comprehensive turnkey investment solutions. To date in Poland, we have designed and commissioned 28 craft breweries, 3 craft distilleries, produced over 200 private label craft alcohol brands, and launched 30 DRINK WALL automatic drink dispensing systems at hotels and restaurants.

We offer a used SALM restaurant brewery; since 1924, SALM has been continuously manufacturing complete brewery installations. The brewery was produced in 2023 for a client in Bucharest and has brewed only 5 batches to date, making it practically like new! The brewery is in perfect technical and visual condition. Below is the full technical specification:

1. Two-vessel brewhouse, 5.5 hl, stainless steel, A-shaped design with Salm Brewmatic 02 computer control – 1 pc.
2. Copper sheathing of mash tun and lauter tun in the cylindrical part.
3. Stainless steel brewhouse platforms – 2 pcs.
4. External wort heating kettle with atmospheric gas burner (natural gas or propane) – 1 pc.

The brewery is type approved by the Central Office of Measures in Warsaw.
