This Rational combi steamer is a used SelfCooking Center® with 6 x 1/1 Gastronorm shelves in an electric version from a highly refined product line. As shown, our offer includes the UltraVent condensation hood, combi steamer, and US III as a complete package for the stated price. The appliance is particularly user-friendly, even for untrained staff. Outstanding food quality is achieved without the need for ongoing supervision or monitoring. You can cook different dishes simultaneously, and the combi steamer features automatic Care Control® cleaning. Our in-house workshop has carried out extensive refurbishment, and the unit is fully operational.
