TERLET TERLOTHERM – Vertical Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger

The TERLET TERLOTHERM is a vertical scraped surface heat exchanger for the gentle heating and cooling of viscous, sensitive or burn-prone products. The scraper system continuously renews the product surface – ensuring high heat transfer rates, uniform product quality, and secure processing even for demanding recipes.

• Dairy & milk products (e.g. yogurt/dessert masses, cream/milk mixtures, sensitive products)
• Sauces, soups, dressings, delicatessen products
• Fat/emulsion products (e.g. margarine, mayonnaise)
