WP CCR59 conical rounder in Kemper design is suitable for processing all types of dough such as wheat doughs, mixed wheat doughs, rye mixed doughs and multigrain doughs. The dough pieces are inserted into the cylinder section of the machine with an adjustable guide track and are conveyed upwards and rounded by the rotation of the cone via specially shaped tracks. The Teflon coating on the guide track and cone prevents the dough pieces from sticking and minimizes crumb formation.
