- 7 x 25 hl cylindroconical tanks (Nordhausen, 2009), cooled, insulated with permanently welded stainless steel cladding
- 6 x 10 hl upright storage tanks
- 1 x 50 hl upright storage tank (manufacturer: Metrec)
- 1 x 40 hl upright storage tank (manufacturer: Metrec)
- 1 x 37 hl horizontal pressure tank (Kaspar Schulz, 1994), 3 bar
- 1 x 3.5 hl yeast tank (Nordhausen, 2012), 2 bar, insulated, conical, with content measurement

Filtration with mobile kieselguhr filter and Pall particle filter. Includes a mobile CIP (Clean-In-Place) system (Nordhausen, 2009) with 2 x 1.6 hl tanks in a rectangular frame, with pump, control buttons, and switches.
