This combi steamer from Rational is a CombiMaster® Plus with 8 x 1/1 gastronorm slots in the electric version, allowing you to equip the unit with deeper GN containers per slot. (It can also be retrofitted to fit a 10-level rack.)

This combi steamer was primarily used for reheating packaged food and is therefore in very good used condition.

The equipment is from the year 2017.

The unit was inspected in our in-house workshop and is fully operational.
The stand shown in the photos is not included in the offer, but can be purchased optionally.
The combi steamer is available from the end of week 6.
