Complete brewery with a brewhouse capacity of 20hl - 25hl and an annual output between 2,000hl and 3,000hl. The system was installed in 2019. Approximately 200 brews have been produced on it. The plant is currently in operation and functions perfectly.

• 3-vessel brewhouse 20hl – mash tun, lauter tun, and wort kettle
• 2 hot water tanks of 20hl each
• Plate heat exchanger with two-stage process
• HopRocket for external hopping or fruit additions

Fermentation and storage equipment from China 2019 – All tanks with jacket cooling
• 2 fermentation tanks 25hl – all tanks with jacket cooling, 3.0 bar pressure
• 10 storage tanks – cylindroconical 22.5hl, 3.0 bar pressure
• 2 pressure tanks 22hl, 2.0 bar pressure – all tanks with jacket cooling
• Cooling system – glycol with 20hl tank and pump – digital control
• CIP system with pump

• Malt mill 500kg/h – mill, malt hopper, floor scale
• Steam generator by Loos – with soft water tank, heated by liquid gas
• Water softening unit
