10 hl, 4-vessel brewhouse from Nordhausen comprised of the following components:

- 2-roller mill: Manufactured by Mühlen-, Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH Zeitz with a throughput capacity of 200 kg/h. The rollers measure 250 mm in diameter and 40 mm in width.
- Mash tun: Stainless steel with bottom and wall jacket heating for supply with saturated steam.
- Lauter tun: Stainless steel, equipped with a two-arm rake and frequency-controlled lauter wort pump.
- Wort kettle: Stainless steel with bottom and wall heating surfaces for heating with saturated steam.
- Whirlpool: Stainless steel with wall and bottom insulation, including a wort cooling pump.
- Wort cooling: Two-stage plate heat exchanger with a capacity of 10 hl/h and wort aeration.
- Hot water tank: Insulated stainless steel tank with heating coil for post-heating and hot water pump.

Machine (additional): 10 hl brewery complete with grist mill, wort cooling, and hot water tank.
